Appointment of Grégory Lindan as Managing Director of Digora, a subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg Group

On Tuesday 15 October 2024, Grégory Lindan was appointed as managing director of Digora by DEEP with immediate effect. With a presence in France, Luxembourg and Morocco, Digora is a digital services company specialising in data and IT infrastructure management.

Grégory Lindan has over 25 years of experience in the services and IT industry. He has held strategic positions in major international companies such as IBM, CGI and Thales, where he was responsible for sales, management and consulting in Paris and inother parts of France. His career demonstrates his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate operations at the national and international level, particularly through managing business activities for the HR Access division at IBM for the countries of Northwest Africa.

This appointment follows the increase of POST Luxembourg Group's share in Digora's capital from 66 % to 100 %. In addition, the company's governance has been reorganised, in particular with the nomination of Sébastien Genesca as Chairman of Digora's Board of Directors. Sébastien Genesca is also a member of the DEEP Management Committee and CEO of EBRC.
