POST Finance upgrades its eboo banking services and introduces its “eboo S package” free of charge for customers under the age of 26. The range of financial services for business customers is also enhanced by the new “Pack Club”, offered at a reduced rate of 2€ per month to associations, clubs, and NGO’s.
With the launch of the eboo packages in the beginning of 2022, POST Finance has set itself apart with a particularly simple and transparent offer, with no hidden fees. All private customers, and now also business customers, benefit from unlimited free online transfers via the eboo eBanking app or Multiline, and can draw out money free of charge on any ATM, irrespective of the ATM operator, in Luxembourg and abroad.
POST fully assumes its role as an organization promoting financial inclusion through an entry-level offer that is affordable and accessible to all, and more specifically through a responsible commitment to young, vulnerable, or senior customers.
Since April 2023, POST has been offering the "eboo S package" free of charge to customers aged 12 to 25 inclusive, guaranteeing them access to a bank account and a Visa Debit payment and withdrawal card.
Aimed at professionals, the “PRO” and “PRO+” packages now include a Visa Debit card and unlimited free online transfers in 11 currencies. Their monthly rates are 10 euros and 20 euros respectively. Business customers also have access to Visa and Visa Gold cards, at the same rates as private customers.
While all banking operations carried out online are free of charge, the upgrade of the banking offer includes an increase in one-off rates for operations carried out at the counter or in paper form. To maintain the financial inclusion for all customers, POST offers free over-the-counter transactions to customers having difficulties using digital solutions. This exception also applies to customers aged over 75. Exemption requests can be made by correspondence, by telephone on 8002 8004 or directly at POST points of sale and post offices.
