The first cargo flight exclusively for POST Courrier - POSTGroup
On December 10, 2020 at around 10 pm, a special charter flight landed at Luxembourg Findel Airport from Zhengzhou, China.
It contained a cargo shipment exclusively for POST Courrier: some 22 tons of goods packed in over 1,200 individual bags for the POST logistics teams.
Their mission was to quickly distribute these parcels to the final recipients throughout Europe.
The plane – a Boeing B757-200 operated by Erfoto – was unloaded in under an hour.
Within 24 hours, over 100,000 packages had cleared customs and been sorted and loaded onto lorries by the logistics teams for delivery to destinations across Europe.
